It is titanium offtake, eis ,mining licence and finance(lack of news)
With some good news on a couple of these 20 million shares will be gone in one day
Basically I like having number 3 around
He has been a great guy to many of us, and well acknowledge this is the future

Try finding the same upside from a share, so close to production at $125 M MC
No 3 rocks
