Ando I agree with everything you have said, additionally the market for our metals hadn't recovered sufficiently to make the project as viable as it is now, so PB can be given a certain degree of slack. However we are still waiting on a Titanium offtake agreement without which the whole thing is a non starter. As for the refinery EIS, the submission of which is well overdue, does anyone know if we are still using GHD or has this also been transferred to APM? Last time I checked there was nothing on either companies websites. Whilst I would prefer to see the jobs remain in Australia the longer it drags on the more I am beginning to lean towards favouring Malaysia. Hopefully the next few weeks sees some positive news announced.
