AI and machine learning will certainly be the most disruptive innovation of 2018 and as it is introduced more broadly to industries we will begin to see the true impact on value networks. I'm certainly looking forward to learn more about the new product offerings being developed.
I appreciate that we have first mover advantage although I recall a footnote in the last 4C somewhere regarding monies allocated for patent applications for the current quarter. Interesting that we haven't yet been updated on this and I wonder to what extent our IP covers our tech.
The potential foothold we have over the insure/financial services industry is significant & one can only hope we can further safeguard our position.
