CYP : 50% complete response in steroid resistant acute GvHD at 100 days in stage 1 first cohort.
This group was just supposed to be testing the safety of the treatment, but the surprising result was these complete responses.
Safety was 100%, and non-CR patients all exhibited partial response of at least one grade.
My view is that this treatment will dominate all other such treatments of the disease. Well done Cynata.
