unfortunately board = management. Not sure why anyone has any positive view on this one given nothing has happened for last 3 + years! this will require a new project, new cash and one heck of a dilution for existing shareholders (and given these guys couldn't do it when oil prices had recovered, I'm not holding my breath). Just put it in admin where it belongs and let everyone crystallise a "nice" capital loss and move on. happy 2019!
