Description The Company seeks shareholder ratification pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 7.4
for an issue of 13,793,104 Shares at an issue price of $23.00 per Share by
the Company to certain institutional and professional investors in June 2019
(Placement).
Resolution
(ordinary)
To consider, and if thought fit, to pass the following resolution as an ordinary
resolution:
“THAT, for the purposes of ASX Listing Rule 7.4 and for all other purposes
shareholders approve and ratify the issue of 13,793,104 fully paid ordinary shares
on 17 June 2019 to certain institutional and professional investors on the terms
and conditions set out in the Explanatory Notes accompanying this Notice.”
