Looked at that a week or so ago and I am not sure either. Seems like a big lump to hand out on top of the recommended senior management options.
Don't think there are any of us on this handout, and could explain why the stock price is edging closer to 23.00 as institutional profit taking on the expectation that they will pick up a bunch at 23.00.
What advantage is there in this to APT? Seems stupid to me...
