Take a look at Page 19 of the CEO Update Presentation. The thing that caught my eye was there is two Company Secretaries. So this is a company generating zero revenue and A$2.331 million in expenses and they need two company secretaries - OMG. The cost for the auditor is just A$9,500.00 confirming there are not a lot of accounts and transactions to review. One Company Secretary and a junior CPA would suffice.

Combine that with four (4) Directors and not much has changed in the way they conserve cash.

The other thing that caught my eye was the 6,000,000 options issued in July to key management at $0.30 per share. That has the potential to dilute the current number of shares on issue by just under 20% (33,463,651 shares on issue as of today)

Lastly any chance of an shareholder update to the IPO scheduled for October (last year). Guess not.
