According to the annual report it looks like KJ and his mob of bandits are hard at it.
Recieved $8.06m of which there is $17.5k was left, all spent before obviously why Ansteel came up with that figure in the first place. With total nett assets of $1.456m that COD a valuation of 4.36c per share, fat chance of CR at a discount to that that price. Half a billion @ 3.7c perhaps would be close to $20m throw in some options and Dilution, Dilution.
