Capraise: "The board should hang there heads in shame. All the promises have turned into nothing, yet everybody is still there taking a cheque. I would be embarrassed myself."
IMO: Misleading shareholders and taking cheques for nothing I do consider as a crime and people needs to be hold accountable. Not only from shareholders. From authorities as well. It has nothing to do with risks in the stockmarket when almost (IMO) all announcement never saw daylight.
