Hi Capraise,

To be honest, their are plenty of Director's on the A.S.X. casino, who keep asking it 's share holders for approval of share's and option's FOR FREE, when the share price is going down.

Especially when they get paid very well.

I have even seen, when director's, don't buy any share's on the market, only for the company, to being delisted.

I must admit, the Board and management of M.N.S. have my deepest respect.

They used their own money to buy on, the market.
I just hope many director's of other company can do the same thing.

IMHO.
