REDUX from the image below I was looking for a correlative match between 1945 Tropical Storm 4 / Hurricane 5 and possible 2019 Events .

So 1945 Tropical Storm 4 could correlate to 2019 Hurricane Dorian Cat 4 .
The 1945 Hurricane 5 could correlate to the candidate Tropical Wave (Yellow) in the Gulf Of Mexico. Its timing is about right after Dorian but confidence is low on its formation and track at the minute.
Some gradual development of this system is possible
during the next few days while it moves slowly westward across the
southern and southwestern Gulf of Mexico toward the coast of Mexico.
