Locked up foresteries are a ticking time bomb with pent up fuel loads, from lightning, arson, decaying bacterial breakdown etc,

My point of the loggers was , in the areas they were, replanted more than they cut, cleared floor of foresteries and reduced fuel load plus making natural fire breaks and ease of access for bush firefighters, thats how you can log for centuries without depleting your livelihood. You dont have to love it to understand its significance.
