Yes he definitely will. Wouldn't surprise me either if he is using the trade deal as a voting tool considering what he did to win the election (social media data mining).
China is definitely playing the game well but as a result has made the markets volatile as $!@&. Hopefully we can get some sort of update on the first shipment to Mitsubishi to get some revenue (with confirmed sale prices higher than $7K/tonne) on the books and shield us (at least somewhat) from any further negative Li sentiment.
