    Its simple.....Retailers will get stiffed.....

    They see sub 10c now....they don't participate in raise....Shortfall goes to Sophs and Insto's....they pump post raise (10c will be a thing of the past very quickly after new shares issued)....Retailers left scratching their heads what happened
