Very curious that oppies were going at a premium today considering sp was going backwards (trading near all time high)...

Seems like a pretty smart way to get decent exposure without pushing the sp north...

Considering Mitsubishi have spent the last week in close contact with management and are probably at the plant this very minute I'd say there's some smart money getting themselves set without triggering the market.

Also seems curious Mitsubishi attended the lithium conference in Chile with AGY then have a planned visit to the plant in Argentina. All of this right around the same time as mining permit is set to be approved...

Seems they won't be wasting time to upgrade their order size once the permit is signed off...
