Calm before the storm is probably accurate.

Nobody is selling in case they miss out on the re-rate (that we anticipate should be "soon", based on nothing more than advice from company that they are working on an OT, and have been for 5 months, advice that their objective was to complete an OT by end of DEC, and rumours they have been courting a potential large Japanese industrial).

Many people who have lost patience (or saw opportunity elsewhere) AND who bought at under current price, have mostly exited. The rest of us (like me) who need the price to get over 30 cents before even considering exiting, are sitting and waiting.

Of course, there are also the long term faithful who (rightly so) can see the SP potentially getting into the Dollars, are also hanging in and will stay in for another 2 to 3 years.

Net result?

No one selling. No one buying.
