Did exactly that, sold some CVN to buy lithium and other rare earths.
Beware lithium has backtracked approx 60%+ since my initial purchase.
Chinese battery suppliers and some brokers have been warning of an over supply when projecting market demand until 2021; with a significant number of junior explorers making extraordinary claims on prospective resources still to come on stream.
And to top it off one Chinese off taker has all but hit the wall but still is leaving a dent in the price of some unfortunate stocks.
International news on the conversion to EV's has been great news coverage but it has had little influence on share prices.
Most are half the price they were 4 months ago.
A time to strike you may say. Well I have a number of times and the price still keeps falling.
You can throw good money after bad for as long as you like.
Like all forums there are believers that are convinced their day will come.
If the stock was so heavily discounted and there was any interest from the majors wouldn't you think they would be making ridiculous take-over offers today at these prices?
