Both things are related.
Mum and dad investors are the ones that are least informed IMO because they are not full time investors or traders. If they are alerted in advance, they can escape being trapped by Algo trading that is trying to push price up for no reason. IMO the price should only go down untill a really solid result (at least a 40% growth in NPAT) is announced and the virus starts to get under control. If the growth is missed or a pandemic is declared, the sp is going to get hammered really bad.
