Fair enough re continuous disclosure rules. However creating expectation by providing guidance on timing which is not subsequently met surely ethically obligates the entity to update the market as a common courtesy, whether or not the listing rules requires it. Simply put, it's the right thing to do IMO> Call me old fashioned
