I'm waiting for a couple of cases to occur in WA and to see if the lockdown occurs again, I fear it will.
I can't see us getting back to any sense of normality now, the media have whipped up the fear factor so much now with their non-stop reporting of supposedly increasing covid numbers, they never mention the death rates which are so low.
Approx 50 million people died in the Spanish Flu pandemic, that was a real pandemic.
I'm happy for people to have a vaccine (which one?) if they want, but I don't want it, I want the democratic right to say, no thanks, I'm healthy, even f I get it, I have a 99% chance to either have no symptoms or recover quickly. Unfortunately I also fear that they will say it won't be mandatory but you won't be able to work, travel or do anything without a piece of paper to say you have had it.
We have a largely apethetic population now, very sad times indeed for the future.
