I agree, butchy. CCP has not done a capital raising in the last 10 years at least, so for them to do so now, I conclude that the opportunity for greater investment and profitability in USA and consumer lending must be very substantial. IMO they would not do this unless the return on investment was similar or better to past returns. Looks good for profitable growth for many years to come. I am not normally a fan of SPPs, as so many in the past have left investors under water, but I am confident with CCP's track record of careful capital investment.
