It has been difficult to understand the delay here. The only thing that will get this company going is to do the clinical pivotal trial. The whole point here is that we had a large head start in terms of data that allowed the drug to bypass many of the lengthy early trials others need to perform. And yet we still have not put the medication into a single patient.

My take is that the company did not want to dilute the founders and thought the NPP would generate enough money (and interest) to allow for a small raise at a much higher price to do the study. That approach clearly has not worked.

I need to just see an agreement/plan for a trial ASAP. Otherwise it will all drag on for a long time and we are losing value from the patent life every day it is delayed.
