The issuance of the new shares under the recent CR has not harmed the SP as much as was feared by dilution. In fact the SP has crept marginally higher.  The CR managed to raise some A$28 million, getting the road underway.  I'm not so sure that news about the other US$70 million needed will come quickly, because the remainder of the A$28 million can be used for local exploration and the first of the mill equipment purchase.  Why take out the full loan right away, and pay interest on it sitting in the bank.  Take out the loans as and when they are immediately required, and closer to the road and power line completion. However an announcement of an agreement with a bank will help.
