Lowest price during GFC on WBC is $14.52 which achieved on the 23rd Jan 2009.
By 16th October 2009 it has risen to $26.81
If this is about the same as GFC then anywhere near $15 is a great entry point. At the moment there is only a few dollars to go and it’s there. Might even happen tomorrow if US goes finishing with another 1000 points loss.......
