There are a lot of people saying they will buy if it drops to this or that. It drops to that price and then they don’t.
If WBC is a good bet, then what do you care if it drops another $2? But we all know the banks might not be so safe anymore.
If WBC is going to bounce back strongly, why is anyone dithering now?
