People said that about Telstra. The point being made is that it's going to be difficult for the banks to extract the level of profit out of the economy as they've been used to (pretty much allowing housing to do the heavy lifting).
I wouldn't be at all surprised if they're at this level or thereabouts in 4-5 years time in my humble opinion.
