Re early release super and mortgages. Analysis of banking data shows that most of this money( early release super ) is being saved, used to reduce debts or placed in mortgage offset accounts: i posted early on during this crisis that Aussies will do what they must to hang on to their homes. We will see defaults , no doubts , Australians will not easily give up their property.
