I personally think these people are trying to keep prices depressed on purpose. IMHo, they are all about averaging down, and instos taking profits and meeting performance targets. This will be yet another fools rally. Just yesterday on news we were hearing about case numbers of record levels across europe in Spain, UK, France, and Germany. Brexit will cause some waves too.
There are a lot of headwinds. I said it somewhere else. Be brave when others are fearful, and the inverse applies too.
