** Fancy approving financial incentives for CEO when Investors' copped (a) Zero Dividend in 1st 1/2; (b) 1/2 of 1/2 Dividend in 2nd 1/2; (c) were "fed" promises of "regular" dividends in the future with no tangible evidence of HOW!!!
