mmmmm yes and no. It’s why the government created a housing bubble. The equity from housing will most likely offset said loan losses for those poor people who’ve lost their small business from government mandated lockdowns. It’s a horrible situation but I can see why they’ve inflated property globally as often these loans are secured against their home.
