bubbles occur but I while I agree housing is in a bubble from artificially low rates, the government has proved yet again itll so absolutely everything to keep it propped up. Don’t fight the system. This is a global goal of all governments. No one wants a depression. Covid would have caused it without such a substantial and ongoing intervention.
