Yes agree, ambulance chasers, hoping for a settlement. I think Westpac should go for a costs bond, based upon the plethora of actions for the same issue. That way when they win the action they will get their costs back.
If the SP goes back up it will be all academic, as there will be no loss. You cant sue on the basis that you havent made a profit or as much of a profit as you wanted.
