They obviously rejected it as inadequate for the near future prospects...and rightly so in comparison to other deals.
Stock was around $1.60 and had already been as high as $1.80 prior Sumi, so $2 at time wasn't much of a premium.
Language from CYP has been quite clear they did not accept $2.
Sumi didn't walk, they might still be looking and watching developments I'd say.
They obviously rejected it as inadequate for the near future...
