Do you think Sumi take over offer was a real offer, then you must be dreaming.
When "A" company makes an offer, of "XXXX" price, that company share price goes straight to "XXXX" price.
If it was a real offer, C.Y.P. would of traded at 2 dollar's, as per the offer price, it has never traded at 2 dollar's, but the highest it got to was 1.80.
So in my view, the market didn't think it was real offer also and the market is always right.
