All share holder;s and I mean all Share holder's who are invested in C.Y.P., will need to vote on your 1.50 offer.
I will put my ball's on the line here and 99.999% of holders will reject the 1.50 offer, but if Sumi came in at 10 dollar's, then that is another debate.
Just do your self a favour and look at the Atlas Iron (AGO), take over in 2018, which I was involved in.
