So instead of shooting me down wouldn't you be better off contacting your chairman and pointing out the long list of damaging comments that your MD has made over the last 18months. The Christmas card list comment should have ended his career. That may have destroyed this company. And the way he handled the AGM mater could have been handled way better. The statement that I mentioned also is something that should have been corrected with a very humble apology from the MD

Change in the board is a necessity and the best way to do this is from within the board .
