I have been a medical specialist for 15 years in critical care, so You could say I work in the hospital system. With the service crisis that could transpire, it might be a lot easier to Utilise experimental treatments like this, esp if China keep publicising success in the use of MSCs...
but you’re right, the immediate Pre-occupation should be with ICU beds, ventilators, ECMO and staffing...... the problem occurs when they are at capacity, which they nearly always are in normal times.
