That is correct. Whilst Slukvin’s holding is in his personal name still, Vodyanik has moved his holding into a Nominees account a few years ago if I recall correctly.

@ralom the important part here is when talking about the Cymerus process - it is covered via multiple patents, covering multiple different aspects. Whilst some are due to expire sooner, other patents still have a much longer lifetime.

I would have thought that you had done this sort of research prior to making your initial investment already. Same with the sub-sub-licensing issue I have mentioned before and as a result of that had been discussed on here extensively. Nonetheless I appreciate your questions on here as your questions may also be of interest to new holders. However, sometimes it might be viable to also DYOR.
