I forwarded an email to FMS at the same time that I commenced this thread this morning.
Early this afternoon I had a brief and courteous call from or GM, Dr Andrew Whitehead and he informed me that:I appreciated our GM's openness and look forward to hearing what FMS have to say.
- An ASX announcement about this AGM will be made on 19th October,
- That the AGM will be a "virtual meeting" with the details for participation etc will be included in this announcement, and
- There will be opportunities for shareholders to ask questions during this AGM.
