Turn the iron clad hotel in Marble Bar into a state of the art gold processing facility with some Emu Export on the side, for the low price of 50M? Sounds like a wonderful idea to me.
Unfortunately I think considering its size, building the mine and processing plant that will extract all possible gold from the ore is going to set you back close to 750M if you're lucky, not sure whether DEG should go that alone. We'll have to wait for some more detailed metallurgical testing to see what DEG needs to do. You might be better off taking at least some profit before they start on the long and hard road to production imo.
