It is definitely the right time to appoint a savy " Chairperson " to give guidance and keep a tight reign on things within the Co .... IMO, Peter seriously now needs to make sure that the Whole Management Team is up to par to take us up to the next level and beyond ........
I wonder how long is this " Chairperson" search going to take given it's been ongoing for some time now ... maybe someone doesn't want a savy Chairperson watching over things and wants the status quo just to remain as is !!
