Personally, I don't believe it is over priced...

I would expect that the SP moves between 40c-45c until an announcement such as:

1. Software and firmware developments are complete
2. When Early access customers have received their evaluation boards
3. And when Production masks are set to be manufactured

1 and 2 should be completed by mid Q4 and 3 should at least begin by the end of Q4

Other Possible announcements to drive the SP up are:

• New Partnerships
• Updates on the existing partnerships with Magik Eye and Vorago
• An announcement on what Peter is working on in Perth
• A timeline for the Production of Mask → Wafer Fabrication → Assembly → and finally test operations
• Any updates on Professor Barry J. Marshall and his contributions to the company

I personally don't think any Customers would be name dropped until they have fully tested and sign contracts to purchase either IP or the AKIDA1000... and this may not occur until Late Q1 or Early Q2 in my opinion. Overall I think the 40c range is a good buy, and new investors should research the company thoroughly to make sure they understand that it could be a few weeks, or months until they see potential 100x returns

This is just my opinion and I could be wrong but time will tell...
