I agree that the commercial potential is worth much more than current SP levels of 0.40 - 0.45. All they need is one or two commercial deals to come through and it will blast off. We are nearing commercialisation in the product development cycle.
Upscaling development in India isn't for no reason.
With the Finbox analysis, it is sitting at Fair Value $1.09 which takes into account a company's intrinsic value and future potential for earnings using DCF and BrainChip has very strong UPSIDE. (147%)
Warren Buffet uses this technique as well to identify undervalued companies with large intrinsic value.
Its just a matter of when, not if we will see the next big news release.
