The best I can give u is this, OTC means Over the counter and I'm not sure where u buy OTC stock but the people who have bought say that AZIANA OTC stock is very hard to get your hands on.
AZIANA bought BRN.
AZIANA was a mining company.
I dont know why they listed BRN instead of continuing with AZIANA.
I could find out the answers to these questions but ive never felt a need.
