They were not a 10th of the current price in 2017. In fact, if you bought in 2017 the share price has never been low enough for you to average down to a 10th of the current price.
I know this because I bought my first parcel in 2017 and have been snapping up shares since. Ive bought at 17 down to 5 for a total of 209000 units average of 9.5c.
