The bottom line for me is that a very qualified / experienced and commercially savy "Chairperson" should have been appointed some time ago so as to keep the BOD / CEO in keeping within their roles as such so that they would/should meet and fulfil their employment / managerial obligations and objectives to the highest degree possible to both the Co and shareholders.
