The current BRN situation reminds me of a time back in the late 90's, when I bought a house in Melbourne's inner west...
It was during a 'spike' in prices and everyone was telling me I paid too much, and I won't lie; I was spewing a bit...
But 5 years later that same house (which I had already sold unfortunately) sold at auction for over 5 times what I paid...
I wouldn't stress if you bought in high/recently. In 5 years time you will be a guy who bought BRN for under a dollar!
Go long... BRN aren't digging stuff out of the ground (anymore) - this is serious time-consuming wizardry, so just wait it out IMHO.
Thats what I am doing anyway
