ASX small cap directors make their money by paying themselves generous wages ove I r many years rather than selling shares for a quick buck. If one director starts selling it can create a panic wiping out everybody's stake. So everybody maintains discipline and holds their shares regardless of price movements. If you were familiar with the stockmaket you would know this.
