The grid has Strategic Maturity and product Maturity axes. I' m not sure what strategic maturity involves.
We are in the NW quadrant based on Accelerator.
Based on Akida, if strategic maturity were to be equated with technical edge, I think we should be in the top right corner of the SE quadrant - we are on the verge of introducing a new product so our product maturity is zero, but our technology leads the pack.
